  1. The contract for sales is formed between the customers and Best Care. Best Care informs the customers after the payment is cleared via email.
  2. Our company never compromises the privacy standards of our clients. Best Care will not retain any privacy-related details of customers such as Credit/Debit card details or any other payment methods used for the purchase of goods.
  3. While placing the order for products at Best Care you agree that your email is the accepted mode of communication and confirmation at Best Care.
  4. Best Care holds the right to make any prior changes to the website and product without giving any written notice to the customers as long as it does not affect your ordered product/s.
  5. Best Care is a sole e-commerce store that accepts payment via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or any other payment gateways that are available to us by our payment partners.
  6. Once your order is been accepted you will receive a confirmation mail at your email ID with confirmation and dispatch details of your goods. Best Care holds no responsibility of any loss or damage to the product via shipping and has no liability for any delay or failure in receiving the product because it’s done by a third party delivery service. On loss or damage of your product, you are the only person accountable and you have to reorder your good at your own expense.
  7. You take complete responsibility and agree to the risk of loss or damage to post dispatch of your ordered product.
  8. Best Care accepts no liability on open inspection by border custom officers for international customers.
  9. Best Care holds the right to reject your order due to any reason. as it feels the product is not suitable for you as for the information provided by you.

  • You are not allergic to any of our products or you are not suffering from any other disease or illness than what you have bought our product for.
  • Best Care is not liable for any side effect on loss of life due to Overdose or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • The customer accepts that the Best Care does not guarantee the cure of any disease.
